Professional Development Coordination

The project supports Professional Development Coordination in each of the South West’s LSC regions (except Cornwall, which is outside the scope of the Crystal Chandelier project)

Their aim is to:

• expand and develop a professional and responsive regional Skills for Life Workforce
• stimulate, inspire and lead south west colleagues to attain this ambition
• establish and maintain sub regional strategic professional relationships
• maintain and enhance existing relationships with Skills for Life providers and establish good new ones
• gather intelligence about sub regional Skills for Life current activity, capacity and requirement
